How do we get intel on SDKs?

MixRank scans hundreds of thousands of apps each day. 

We download each app, decompile them, and then run static and dynamic analyses to see what namespaces (on Android apps) and what classes (on iOS apps) are present in each new app, or each new version of an existing app. 

Our Data Analyst Team curates each of these classes or namespaces and associates them with an SDK. Once tagged, we're able to observe every single app inside our database, that has that specific SDK (or used to have in the past, and have since uninstalled it). 

This way, we're not only able to track new SDKs moving forward, but we're also able to look back and see if those SDKs were present in any older version of any of the apps we have downloaded in the past.
